Parcelforce Worldwide Update - Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). 
Suspension of UK service guarantee
Due to the current situation, there are significant impacts on our ability to maintain all our usual service levels. We will continue offering our services, receiving and delivering parcels for our customers but there may be disruptions to some services under current conditions.

Changes to our delivery procedure in relation to signing for and receiving items in the UK
In order to protect both our people and customers as much as possible, we will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture electronic signatures. Our drivers will instead log the first and last name of the person accepting the item and we will record the geolocation of the delivery. This will apply to all deliveries that normally require a signature.


The Mail Order team aim to ship all parcels the same day of recieving your order, dependant on the time it arrives with us.

We ship parcels Mon - Fri on a 24-48 hour service. A high percentage of shipments do arrive the next working day (excluding Sat) however, at periods of high demand it could roll over to the following day.

Eurotek aims to provide low affordable postage at all times. We are able to send goods to most national and international locations at a realistic cost. Our carriage charges are based on the weight or the value of the product which ever is the greater.

Mainland UK orders under £50 will be charged £8.95 P+P.

Scottish Highlands orders cost usually around £20, please give us a call and we can confirm the exact price.

All "ONLINE ORDERS" over £50 will be shipped to you Free of Charge. Please note that this offer only applies to Main Land UK destinations and those orders placed online, ie Phone orders will have the postage applied. This offer noes not apply to customers using discount codes / coupons. 


Please Note: Non Mainland UK consists of any location where alternatives to the standard road network may need to be used. Including Channel Isles, Scilly Isles, Western Isles, Shetland Isles, Orkney Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Southern Ireland and Northern Ireland

We will contact you with the postage price for all Non Mainland UK postage before any money is taken from your card.

In the event that you receive an item and find it unsuitable then it may be returned for refund or exchange providing it is within 21 days of receipt.

Please advise our Customer Service Department, if you haven’t already done so, of any problems with your order as soon as practicable. We regret that beyond a "reasonable time", due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

• You have informed us of your intentions in writing within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Items are returned carriage paid, are unused and are in a re-saleable condition.
• Items returned after 21 days from receipt and where supplied as ordered, may not qualify for a refund.
• Items of clothing/helmets for exchange will be re-shipped to UK Mainland addresses postage free on the first
occasion, but further exchanges will incur a postage charge. Shipping of exchanges to Non-UK Mainland
addresses will incur a further postage charge where courier services need to be used.
• Where an error has been made on our behalf we will ship the exchange to you free of charge. Where an error
has been made which is not down to Eurotek we may need to charge for the return postage.
• We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage
etc, you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
• Eurotek are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or
incorrectly supplied) parts.

Please take the following steps to action a return:-

1. Complete the returns form below and enclose a copy with your goods

2. Cut off the return address from the returns form and attach to the package

3. Return the package to the address on the returns form.


 • For smaller lighter items we recommend you use your local Post Office and send the goods recorded delivery to ensure you have proof of delivery.

 • For larger items we recommend you use one of 3 third party courier companies. These are Parcel2Go, Parcel Monkey & Collect+ which are simple to use courier brokers. Please note none of these companies are associated with Eurotek.


4. Please retain a copy of your postal receipt for tracking purposes.

5. Upon receiving your parcel we will take the necessary action to re-send the items you require or perform a refund if necessary.
